Ms. Underwood lives in Liberty Boro with her husband, Lou, and her furry daughter, Sugar Rae. Vicki has been educating since 1972. She has an M.Ed. in Elementary Education K-6 from California University of Pennsylvania and a Reading Specialist Certification PK-12 from Westminster College. She was employed as an Elementary Teacher in the South Allegheny School District for 36 years and currently is a substitute teacher there.

Vicki is honored to be the Port Vue United Methodist Christian Preschool Board Chair Person. She feels the Preschool is a legendary, gold standard ministry that has enriched and blessed so many lives and serves as a shining light in the community.
